Key Responsibilities:

3. Destination Knowledge: Continuously expand your knowledge of travel destinations, including popular tourist spots, off-the-beaten-path gems, and travel regulations.

4. Sales and Booking: Assist clients in making reservations, managing bookings, and offering tailored travel packages that meet their needs and budget.

5. Problem Solving: Resolve client issues, make itinerary adjustments, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their journey.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and online travel booking tools.
