Mortgage Lending Manager – Exciting Leadership Opportunity!

We’re looking for a Mortgage Lending Manager to spearhead operations, drive efficiency, and build a high-performing team. This role is perfect for a dynamic leader who thrives in a collaborative and client-focused environment.

In this role, you will oversee the entire mortgage lending process—from application to closing—while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. You will also be instrumental in developing client relationships, optimizing operational workflows, and mentoring a team of mortgage professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead & Grow the Business

• Ovesee daily mortgage operations, ensuring seamless loan processing, underwriting, and closing.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand the firm’s market presence.
• Foster relationships with clients, realtors, and industry professionals to drive new business.

Ensure Compliance & Operational Excellence

• Stay up to date with federal, state, and local mortgage regulations to ensure full compliance.
• Conduct audits and risk assessments to maintain high industry standards.
• Implement and refine best practices for efficiency and accuracy.

Deliver Outstanding Customer Service

• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely, professional manner.
• Ensure a seamless and transparent loan process for all clients.

Build & Lead a High-Performing Team

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of loan officers, processors, and support staff.
• Set performance benchmarks and conduct regular evaluations.
• Foster a collaborative, growth-oriented work culture.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of mortgage lending experience in Florida, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Active Mortgage Broker License and NMLS in good standing (or ability to obtain within 3–4 weeks).
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, underwriting processes, and industry regulations.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in mortgage software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
