Vice President of Human Resources (VP, HR)

Dallas, TX (On-Site, 5 Days/Week)

Up to $240K

Are you a strategic HR leader ready to drive transformation across multiple business units? We’re seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to lead training & development, performance management, and workforce optimization in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Reporting directly to the President, this role will ensure a high-impact HR function that aligns with business objectives.

VP, HR - Responsibilities:

• HR Strategy & Leadership – Develop and execute HR initiatives that support business growth and workforce optimization.
• Training & Development – Design and implement training programs that enhance employee capabilities and leadership development.
• Performance Management – Lead performance evaluation processes to drive accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
• HR Operations & Compliance – Oversee policies, compliance, and best practices to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Executive Partnership – Work closely with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business goals while mentoring the HR Director.
• Travel – Up to 25% travel to various locations to support business operations and HR initiatives.

VP, HR - Experience:

• 5+ years of VP-level HR experience in a complex, multi-unit business.
• SHRM accreditation required.
• Proven expertise in strategic HR leadership, training & development, and performance management.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to manage HR across diverse teams and locations.
• Experience in optimizing workforce structures to align with business growth.
• Willingness to be fully on-site (5 days/week) in Dallas, TX.
